With offices in Hong Kong, Seoul, and Tokyo, we are currently working on introducing information technology to the construction industry. Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of the efficiency and maximization of the design quality in the area of architecture and civil engineering by the use of computers.

'In order to fabricate a curved glass curtain wall using cold bending, we adjusted the design surface shape, created 3D models of the glass and the steel substructure, and supported the creation of fabrication and installation drawings.
First, we revised the glass surface shape received from the designer and made the curvature continuous then we divided it into multiple arcs to improve constructability. We also developed the 3D model suitable for cold bending and subdivide into the size of the glass that could be manufactured. Furthermore, the shapes of the brackets supporting the glass and the steel substructure were created semi-automatically using the Revit family, contributing to less errors in the production drawings.
